That's The Ticket!

I received my first set of "The Stamps Of Life" stamps in the mail this week and went to work to create a card!  The set is called "Tickets2Stamp" and are really fun to create with!

The paper I used is from the SNAP! Life by Simple Stories.  I thought the olive green would work well for a manly recipient!  Here's how I put this card together.

  1. Cut a 3" X 3 3/4" piece of green and white polka dot paper. (this is a two sided paper and the green and white zig zag is the opposite side!)
  2. Cut a 2 1/8" X 3 3/4" piece of green and white zig zag paper.
  3. Cut a strip of solid green that measures 1/2" X 3 3/4".
  4. Place the pieces on the card base as shown in the picture.
  5. Using the Tickets2Stamp set, use the three tickets stamp and stamp on the solid green paper.  I used black ink.  Fill in the center of each ticket with the "That's The Ticket!" stamp from the set.  I chose to cut the set of three tickets apart and trim them out.
  6. Tape the three tickets together in a fan and hole punch on the right side in the center.  I used black and white bakers twine to embellish the tickets.  Glue the tickets on the front of the card and use a glue dot to secure the end of the string.
That's it!  Piece of cake!  Or should I say, "That's The Ticket!"  I left the inside of the card blank so that the card could be used for lots of different occasions...birthday, thank you, congratulations, etc!

If you want to check out The Stamps Of life today!  I think you would enjoy this line!
