Baby Congratulations by Beth!

Shout out to my friend, Beth Rodriguez, who created this cute "Congratulations" card for a new baby!  Beth is in my card swap group and this was one of her latest creations!

This pink and green design with the very cute giraffe really fit the occasion well!  Beth embossed the green paper and scalloped the edges.  A cute pink ribbon with a bow are placed above the stamped sentiment.  She also used a pen to create the whimsical lines that create the border around the front of the card!
